Freelancers instead of permanent employees:
Fabian Rossbacher works with 15 freelancers who help him keep his three companies running.

From an entrepreneurial perspective, freelancers can be adapted more quickly to the current situation.

But with growth comes change: Once a company reaches a certain size, full-time employees, at least at the core, are indispensable. Each head-of-position is then filled with a full-time employee. This person has the greatest technical expertise and trains a junior and senior employee. This way, absences can be compensated for. At the higher level, there is a position that is familiar with and able to coordinate all areas. The principle can then be easily scaled.
