Today, during mobilization, Part 1 of Article 337 of the Criminal Code is more than relevant, according to which it is determined that the evasion of a conscript, conscript, or reservist from military registration after a warning issued by the relevant head of the territorial recruitment and social support center, heads of relevant bodies of the Security Service of Ukraine, relevant units of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, is punishable by a fine of three hundred (5,100) to five hundred (8,500) non-taxable minimum incomes of special database citizens or by correctional labor for a term of up to one year.

It should be noted that those liable for military service upon arrival at a new place of residence must register for military service within seven days, i.e. arrive at the district (city) CCC at the place of permanent or actual residence. Failure to fulfill this obligation after a warning issued by the relevant CCC head constitutes a complete crime (part 1 of article 337 of the Criminal Code), regardless of whether the person liable for military service was held administratively liable for previously committed evasion of military service registration.
